Do know know the name of this plant?

My intern student gave me this when she completed her attachment last year.

It is a very cute plant, but I have no idea what type of plant it is and what it is called.

It sort of resembles a cactus but instead of needing little bit of water, it seems to thrive better if you literally 'flood' the pot!

Also, when one of its bubble-like leaf drops off from the stem, you just need to soak it in water and roots will grow and you get another clone of it! Can see the mini clones in the center? Talk about survival!
